Riding members and their families can participate in all the equestrian activities provided by the Club, and enjoy all the facilities, except for polo playing.

The majority of the horses at the Club are imported coming from either Australia or Argentina; They have been bred especially for their temperament and have been trained for 3-5 years before being selected for bringing to the Nine Dragons Hill Club. Riding Members can enjoy riding lessons with either foreign or local Chinese instructors, who are able to take them from absolute beginner through to advanced rider in one or other of the disciplines.

Children can start to learn to ride from as early as 4 years old of age, on our special selection of children’s ponies. Riding is excellent for the development of a child’s self-confidence, physical coordination, and sense of responsibility.

The Polo club also provides professional training for horses, with in-house experienced horse trainer, horses owner can send their beloved horses in, through tailor made horses training program, their horses will increase performance of the horse, or train their horse more to the requirement of the rider, sometime the right training can also increase the value of horses.
